Orodha is a web-based listing management application designed to be easy to use to create a wide variety of websites. Orodha is developed using PHP, javascript and a mySQL database makes it easily available for installation on most web hosting services. Orodha 1.0 is a stand alone Open Source Listing Manager package, and is a fork of Open-Realty® 2.5.8. It is all you will need for a professional listings web site out of the box. For additional functionality, you could use a variety of free and commercial addons. For more sophisticated sites you could use Orodha in conjunction with CMS's such as Joomla 1.5, and Wordpress. To use Orodha with Joomla, for example, you would need to install CMS Realty found in the Joomla JED. There is complete community support for using Orodha with Joomla (using CMS Realty) or Wordpress in our Support Forum. If creating a real estate web site, there are also addons for RETS and IDX.
